Dining
A table that keeps
honest hours.
Two outlets at the hotel — Earl Grey for a proper breakfast, lunch, dinner, or anything in between; Grey Cask for a drink before or after.

All-day, 24-hour restaurant
Earl Grey
Earl Grey is the heart of the hotel. Mornings begin with a properly laid breakfast buffet — filter coffee, fresh dosas, seasonal fruit, and a hot line for guests who want more. Through the day the menu turns to Chettinad staples, North Indian mains, and a careful list of Continental dishes for European palates. Dinner runs late; the kitchen stays open for travellers on off-hour schedules.

Bar
Grey Cask
Grey Cask is a quieter counterpart to Earl Grey — a handful of tables, warm light, and a bartender who knows a proper Old Fashioned. The wine list is short and considered; the bar menu leans towards things to share.
- Classic cocktails & spirits
- Curated wine list
- Light bar menu
- Live acoustic sets on select weekends (on request)
Outdoor seating
A green view,
for a long lunch.
The rooftop deck opens onto the paddy fields — a quieter setting for coffee between meetings, or a late evening when the city feels far away. Available for private bookings on request.
